Android 6, Screenbeam2 connected to TV HDMI port. When I connect (Settings / Display / WiFi), the video stream is blocked. Forced stop of Mobile Security allows me to see streamed video. Anyway to allow WiFi streaming within Mobile Security 3.20?
I'm not sure what feature in Norton Mobile Security, NMS, could be blocking streaming over Wifi. NMS just checks for malware in apps. It should not be blocking anything once the app is verified.
Have you tried contacting the support for Screenbeam2 to see if they have any information on this?
You could also try going into NMS Settings and scrolling down to the bottom. Enable the Debug Log option. Then reproduce the issue with Screenbeam. Then go back to the Debug Log option and send turn off the option. Then send the logs to Norton with whatever information you can provide.
