I find that while Norton is running its automatic 'quick scans' that it keeps disrupting all other internet activity such as streaming films, it causes the screen to go blank, or just freeze completely, it causes stuttering while, for example, playing cards or mah-jong etc., it closes web pages, and in general does not allow me to use the internet alongside the scan taking place.
Does anyone have any ideas why this may be? I have Windows 8.1
