I am very disappointed with my most recent update. I had Norton Gaming Edition, which apparently attempted to update itself, and in the process caused windows 7 Professional to blue screen and not boot on both of my systems. I was not even notified that my version was just going to be down graded to Norton 2010 instead of the Gaming Edition I purchased, but then to have both my systems to have problems and take my time ,and loss of productivity, to resolve, is very disappointing. I don’t believe that I can recommend this product in the future, and Will probably not be renewing my subscription. Tim
