Issue abstract: Since the V24 update, my wired and wireless computers often will not load a webpage but return “DNS Server Not Responding”
Detailed description: This behavior sometimes self-repairs but often requires restarting the modem. VPN is disabled in Norton 360 and my Netgear ax router is set to load primary and secondary DNS server IPv4 addresses.
