DNS Server Not Responding V24

Issue abstract: Since the V24 update, my wired and wireless computers often will not load a webpage but return “DNS Server Not Responding”

Detailed description: This behavior sometimes self-repairs but often requires restarting the modem. VPN is disabled in Norton 360 and my Netgear ax router is set to load primary and secondary DNS server IPv4 addresses.

OS details: Win 10 Pro, 22H2

I’m having the same experience. If I used DHCP IPs, I could get it to work by disabling firewall and virus protection. With static IP nothing worked until Norton was uninstalled.
