I've installed Malwarebytes Pro. Do I need to exclude it from Norton 360? If so, how exactly?? I've searched every nook and corner of Settings > Antivirus plus various "Configures", but cannot find how to exclude something. Online help says it can be done but I don't see where.
Many thanks
Andy
Hi Andy,
You may hear different opinions on this, but most of us believe you should not use the protection component of MBAM Pro. We recommend to just use the free version as an on-demand scanner and let Norton take care of protection.
Could you explain why, please?
Also, just to solve the puzzle itch, is there a way to exclude files and if so how?
Cheers
Andy
Here is a recent post of mine with my thoughts on MBAM Pro and NIS;

Against my better judgement, here is how to set exclusions in NIS. You will have to work out the settings for N360.
