Do not see app installed in App House Rules

I received the weekly report and see that my son installed an app that I would like to block.

When I enter my son's App House Rules, I do NOT see the app that the email weekly report showed that was installed.

Is this a bug ?

 

I am having the exact same issue.

My daughter has all those files (and many more that are still not displayed by the portal) installed in her Android phone (Sony Xperia XZ running Android 7.0).

And this is what my blocking options look like:

I am concerned about having just purchased the product yesterday and having so many issues.

ich habe ein ähnliches Problem.  Es wird erkannt, dass betreffende Apps installiert oder deinstalliert werden.

Diese tauchen dann aber nicht in der Liste der App sperre auf.

Wo liegt der Fehler?

Today when I logged in to Norton Family, I do see the app that I want to block.

I guess there was a delay for some reason .....
