Do not understand credit card charge

On third of February 2023  there is a charge on my credit card from Norton for 262 dollars I have no idea what it is for and nowhere can I find a Norton email  address to sort it out. Thank you

i would check your norton online account and see what it says for subscription , i.e. experation date if its like a year away than seems would of been a auto renewal payment that you noticed

do believe can also check date on the my norton page top left under account or profile ( one of the 2)

I have never added an "Automatic Renewal" option - yet it appears as "Active" normally 60 days prior to expiry date and I cancel it.

I really can not understand, tried to find out, with no luck - why when a pre paid Norton subscription is purchased, Norton still require your credit card details.

Have you enabled the Automatic Renewal option?

Was your Norton subscription expiring around that time?

If you have Automatic Renewal enabled on your Norton subscription, that would explain the charge to your credit card. Norton is supposed to send out a reminder of the upcoming renewal between 30 and 60 days before the expiry of your current subscription. Have you checked your spam/junk email folder?
