My wife has a laptop with just the Windows Firewall and the free AVG antivirus and has no problems at all, both seem to work well.
Me I have NIS 2009, and although ok for the first 6 months, lately I have had major problems with CPU over load and now the Service Framework problems, ok so I have now sorted it out with reinstallations, hot fixes etc but renewal is due soon, should I continue with it ?
I do wonder as it is such a big seller and on offer everywhere, what those poor folks do who do not have the knowledge or the inclination to come onto this forum to sort it out ?
