Does Norton 360 prevent renaming folders in windows 10

Issue abstract:
Cannot rename folders or files in win10
Detailed description:
Every time I try to rename a folder or file in win10 I get an error message “Can’t find specified file” and “The file of folder does not exist.” Microsoft support blames anti-virus.

Norton 360 for Window v22.24.8.36
OS details:
win10.0.19045

Hello LilBro. Norton doesn’t block folder renaming, UNLESS, your are trying to modify a file or folder within the Norton installation itself. If you are not logging onto the computer with admin privileges that will block you from renaming. Conversely, if you are renaming a system folder within Windows, Windows itself will block the renaming.

Thank you. Funny thing, on two of my computers, the error messages - can’t find file or folder - show up. On the third, no problems.Gotta luv mictosoft. NOT!
