Does Norton have more than 1 VPN on/off setting? I’m curious why Norton has more than one place to connect to VPN? As you can see in the screen clips there is more than one place to connect to VPN. I’m running a MacBook Air with Sequoia 15.4.1. Norton is version 25.3 Sometimes one or the other turns itself off.
The Windows version of Norton 360 also gives a couple of ways to turn on the VPN feature. Although the Windows version has nothing like you show in your last image. Users have been asking for something like that as a right click item for the Norton icon in the Windows System Tray.
As you are using a Mac, I have had your post moved to the Mac board.
Thank you for moving my posts. I’m not very tech savvy. But I have found out that I have to monitor the connection to the VPN connection from the settings dialogue box, or else it turns itself off. The ability to connect to the vpn through the privacy selection seems, so far, to remain connected. ??? If Norton allowed video uploads, I could do a screen capture movie and show you. Thanks again.
I turn on the VPN from the main 360 Home screen.
Click on Secure VPN brings up…
From that screen you can turn on the VPN, or if you need to make changes to the VPN settings you can click on Open Secure VPN. That will bring you to the page you posted above.
