my recent norton plus back-up download of which i paid £49.99 for went badly so i contacted support and stated a chat , and the other person took over my pc and done what they had to do and succcessfully done the download, but now i find i have been charged an additional £64.99 by norton , for what i dont know, or was i naive to think that support was free.
