I am trialing Norton Family Outside the US +8GMT. The laptop also has a VPN.
The time schedules don’t seem to work or match up. So if i set school time from 8:30 am to 3:30pm i get notifications at 5pm that my child wants to access sites i have blocked in school time. Also i may get notifications that all hours have been used in the morning when the laptop hasn’ t been used. I am thinking the norton family is working to a different timezone to the one we are actually in. Could this be why it seems not to be functioning to the way i have set it up?
Also when looking on the parent control app it always says my child is offline.

This has been an issue for quite sometime, wait until you go through time changes like DST, I have to set my times an hour later or earlier to allow my kids access to their devices. Support always point you to a site, that rarely solves your issue and when you provide them feedback you get calls from them at weird hours when your kids devices aren’t with you.
