I came to the Norton forums intially to help me with the boot protection / sys tray glitch which i have now solved by setting my protection level to 'normal' but whilst i was reading, certain people said that 2 tasks need to be running for NIS2014 to be protecting you. The first is NIS.exe and the second is ccsvchost.exe. On my machine only NIS.exe is running.
I'm running the latest version of NIS2014 and WIndows Home Premium 64bit.
Am i protected?
