I installed Norton family yesterday evening. At 8am this morning, I received an alert saying my daughter's 2 hour internet time limit has been reached (even though I have set restrictions that mean she cannot use it between 9pm and 6am ) but when I look at activity, it says there is none. How can she have reached a 2 hour limit when there is no activity and when she was asleep when I got her up at 7.30am? Also, I am not seeing texts sent or received on her phone. Can anyone help please?
