I am currently having an issue where I have a hard drive that has ended it's life. It had all the back up data on it - but I am able to access some of the back ground information on it.
However I have two computers that I have been backing up data to it.
It says for one of the backups that it has failed as one of the files is encrypted - no file number - but the other day I noticed that I had a WMIPVSE.EXE error that came up - I did a screen shot of it.
If someone that could perhaps explain what this means - I am not computer literate and sick in hospital with cancer trying to write a book of survival. I require a back up.

As my computer has been acting very different - I would have appreciated a back up - but the history does not look great and it looks like it did not back up successfully for a while.
How do you manage other back up sets?
It usually tells you that you are due for a back up?
Can you post to FB for support now?
