I've had it with Norton. Just renewed my subscription but upgraded it to their Premium product. Price I paid was $89.99. A ton of trouble to down load it, if it even did. Then I just now discovered by going to Google and typing in "Norton Produts" that the price is now $59.99. Got a chat going with one of their techs. He said that the Premium product was the same thing as I had ~ Norton Security With Back Up. Checked every place on my computer for the Premium program I ordered. NOT ANY WHERE TO BE FOUND!!!! Two hours worth of chat with the tech guy and I'm still stuck with my old program. Going to request my money back immediately. Tired of having to "chat!!" I want to SPEAK with a living, real person if Norton will allow that and I can find a phone #. Enough of this C*** is enough. Wiping Norton off and going with something else. Also, can't transfer the new program to any of my other computers or cell phones. How can Norton get away with this kind of scamming??? Okay ~ 'nuff said. :>(
