Don't get it...

I've been a Norton customer for a few years now.. My NIS has come due again for renewal. Norton knows **bleep** well who I am, has my address, phone number, even my credit card number... Express Renewal? My **bleep**!! They want me to enter in, all the information that's already in my profile when they could just give me a "log in" option and be done with it... I'm not sure a company that can't figure this out, is worthy of any more of my money...
