Double billing for 6 years - I want a refund for all the illegal transactions made!

For the last 6 years Norton has charged me twice for the same product. I have attempted contact with Norton but can’t get hold of any human beings to resolve this issue! This is illegal and fraud. I want the last 6 years worth of double transactions refunded asap!

Since there is a 60 day refund policy I doubt you would get anything close to 6 years worth of refunds.

If I had been overcharged 6 years ago I would have taken action then not now. You can always deactivate renewal and remove your billing info from your Norton account at anytime.
