Double-Billing

I upgraded from the one-computer version to the three-computer version of Norton anti-virus when I bought a laptop.  Problem is, I'm now being billed in both May and September -- once for the original product, and once for the new product.  How do I get my money back from the May billing and make sure this doesn't happen again?
