Down again?

Trying to check my Norton Online Family account at https://onlinefamily.norton.com/sitemaintenance.html

 

It says it's down for maintenance -- after it was down for five or six months last year, that makes me nervous. Please tell me it will be up again soon! I really don't want to have to uninstall Norton Online Family and reinstall Qustodio on all the computers in the house again.
