Download and reinstall 360

I've done a rebuild of my laptop and need to downlaod and reinstall 360. My history shows a valid version used x3 (although the most I've used is x2). My laptop did not show as a device. I followed the instructions to transfer licence (ie click on licence number) then tried to add device but I just get the screen to buy a product key. I can't get round this. Any advice?

Many thanks Yank Guru, Livechat did the job perfectly, I'm very pleased with their service too. I can't activate the product right now, nor update it, I've seen the notes on the website and will try all that again tomorrow.
