That's actually the URL of the page with the problem. Click on the URL above and then click the yellow 'Download Free Trial' button. This will result in a HTTP 404 error, based on the following URL:

 

http://buy-download.norton.com/downloads/2013/20.3/NISNAV/US/NIS-TW-30-20-3-0-36-EN-US.exe

Hi ,

The moment we click the "Download Free Trial" Button on the webapage opened by the URL you have submitted we get "HTTP 404 Not Found" Error.

I had the same problem on the UK site. Link has been broken for several weeks. I tried reporting it but the report went into a black hole. 

 

Really bad to fail to check basic links are correct. Lost a sale from me.
