Got another Norton problem, not sure how long it's been there as I only did this today.
Basically I downloaded a file today and wanted it saved directly to another PC on the network, so I went ahead and selected a folder on the network and clicked Save. After it downloaded the file it quickly copied it over to the other PC except right at the end it caused parts of Windows to freeze up. I also noticed the file when trying to access or delete caused both PC to freeze. A restart of both sorted the problem and the file acted as normal. I tried the same thing again except this time I disabled Antivirus Auto-Protect on both PC's and the problem went away. It's as though both Norton's are conflicting, both trying to do something with the file and locking it up.
Both PC's are running Windows XP Home 32bit SP3 and NIS 2010 17.5.0.127, all updated.
Any ideas?
