Downloading Adobe Free Software (Flash Player) - Antivirus and Internet Explorer Settings Help

Hello

I am trying to download the latest version of Adobe Flash Player to my Hewlett Packard Windows 7 64 Bit Operating System PC.

When I get to the Flash Player Download Manager it suggest that my Anti-virus software (I have Norton 360 Version 5.0 Gold Edition) must allow me to install software.

However, I do not know which settings to alter in my Norton 360 product to allow the software to download.

Similarly, if I do try to install the software a message pops up saying that the Internet Explorer has blocked a pop up from adobe.co.uk.

Are there any settings in Norton 360/Internet Explorer that I can alter to allow Flash Player and other Adobe products (if necessary) to download and install on my computer?

Any suggestions welcome!
