I have been on chat four times in the last 24 hours, without success. This last time the operative had remote control of my Samsung Tab S2 and whilst working on it put the tab in to Flight mode and disconnected - how convenient. I feel totally let down with this, wheras in the past support has always been good. I know this is a Norton issue because if I log in to the site onvolved without using Norton I can dowload the files fine.On both the Tab S2 and my A5 Smartphone so come Norton lets have a solution. QUICKLY
Which Norton product are you able to disable when the downloads work? And how are you disabling it?
What browser are you using when you try to download?
