Apologies for not being very specific. My assumption was the title of this thread was evident, however I also understand the confusion with community threads where you can need confirmation as you switch between threads.
I downloaded Norton Driver Updates application today January 4 2025.
I mistakenly assumed I was already signed in to ALL Norton applications when I purchased and downloaded the addon Application called Driver Uodates. I found after two attempts of clicking on update all on outdated drivers, as well as trying to update individual driver updates that were giving me a blank screen with a never ending load circle that I needed to read the help option which is applicable to every software application. I clicked the hamburger menu (3 horizontal lines) in the top right corner of the screen that tells you that drivers need updating. There is an option within this dropdown menu to sign in. Once I signed into Norton I was as able to update each outdated driver immediately.
My only purpose for submitting a reply to this issue was to assist others who may miss this important step.
