I bought a subscription to Driver Updater yesterday, downloaded and installed it. It found 14 drivers that needed to be updated. When I click the Update button in the bottom right corner, it moves, but nothing happens.
How do I get to that menu?
Says I can’t upload screenshots.
I only have these two screens after clicking the desktop icon. Is it inside Norton 360 or Norton Utilities? Neither of the two yellow buttons do anything, nor does the Menu button. Thanks.

kinda’ maybe sounds like you’ll need to re-install Driver Updater
have you restarted (not shut down) your machine since, installing Driver Updater?
how are you calling Driver Updater?
Okay, I found the Menu and went to
Subscription, which took me to a page that wanted me to enter my activation code, which I assume is my Order Number, correct? I tried to enter it in the box, and it would only put up the letters one at a time and wouldn’t enter anything further. Boy, this is really cryptic, and I can’t figure it out.

did you register Driver Updater with your Norton account?
did you download Driver Updater from your Norton account?

Got it activated, not exactly sure how I did it. I logged in, did some things, and it went. It is now updating the drivers. I am 82 years old, have an internet business, normsneon dot com and sometimes have problems making things work. I am relentless. Thanks so much for your patience and understanding my friend!
