Duplicate subscriptions chaos

Issue abstract: An extra unwanted trial subscription via some App purchase has cancelled, but now my original subscription does not see all devices.

Detailed description: I can’t tell what is really covered or not ( 5 or 10 devices) and keep getting notices that my subscription (surprise extra subscription which isn’t wanted in the first place) is cancelled while my automatic monthly billing remains running like clockwork.

What is the error message you are seeing? Subscription is cancelled

Log into your Norton account online and check each subscription you have. You will be able to view your devices per subscription there.

If desired you can disable auto renew on any subscription you no longer need.
