I have a problem with an e-mail I was sending to 7 recipients. It had two MS Word attachments attachments - quite small (700K and 25K). I got an error message from Norton saying "421 #4.x.2 Too many messages for this session". The recipients got 8-10 emails with only the title - no attachments and no message. I am using Windows XP SP3 and the message was sent using Microsoft Outlook Express. I tried send it to myself and sometimes it worked and sometimes I got the error message (and the 10 blank e-mails!!) My ISP is talktalk, and I initially contacted them. They suggested that I should try the e-mail and attachments direct on the Talktalk Webmail, and not use Outlook Express. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what is causing this. I like Outlook Express and am reluctant to use the Talktalk Webmail.
