EAP-3 22.9.0.61 Not Compatible with Windows 10

I know it is listed as a known issue but what do I do now??  Do I ignore the pop up?  Follow its direction and click Next??  This really needs to be clearer.

If it isn't compatible with Win10 what is the point of the EAP?

Unfortunately I cannot post a screenshot as this forum is broken.
