I have norton password manager in android & iphone. From last 30 days i have a problem. When i edit in android app it doesnot edited. But It edited in iphone app. Edition in iphone app was not sync in android app. I have signout & sign in & remove app & install app so many times but this error continuoisly occurs. PLEASE HELP.
First an obvious question. You are using the same Norton Account for the vaults on both devices?
I just tested on my iPhone and my Android phone, and the edit and sync worked correctly. What field in the login are you editing?
For the sync issue, on both phones, with the list of logins displayed, pull down on the screen to force a refresh/sync.
