Ehepg.ni.dll Question! Help!

Hi, everyone. I'm currently using a Windows Vista machine, and running NIS 2013, version 20.4.0.40. We have NIS on all of our machines, so it's not my first time at the rodeo! I recently ran a Full System Reputation Scan on the machine, and all was good and clear--except for this one file, "ehepg.ni.dll."

I Googled it myself, and there seems to be some question as to whether or not it's spyware or a Microsoft Windows file. Is this a false positive, by any chance? I've never encountered this file before, and it appeared August 21st, 2013. It hasn't been on the machine for a long time, but I'm afraid to get rid of it in case Windows needs it. Norton has never prompted me about it, except for today when I ran the Reputation Scan.

Any explanation would be greatly appreciated!!! Thanks!
