Email content will not load automatically in Mail app

Since I did the Norton upgrade a few days ago, my emails in the Mail app no longer automatically load content. I get the message: Your network preferences prevent content from loading privately.

I’ve checked my setting in Mail and those are correct-- that’s not blocking it. In Norton, I believe it’s a firewall setting, but I’m not 100% sure. With the firewall setting on, I set up a private network with my wifi and while that seemed to work once, after using my computer on different wifi and returning home, it no longer worked. How do I get my emails to load automatically, all of the time?

Unfortunately I do not have a tab for Email Protection. I tried to add a screenshot but am unable to. When I completely turn off the Fire Wall, my email works normally again. It has to be a setting in the Fire Wall, but it’s not working.
