Email Ion disappeared 2 months ago, cannot send spam emails to Norton

It is possible that some Microsoft update may have reset the AntiSpam settings in Outlook. Have you verified that your Norton AntiSpam settings have not been changed by some Norton update? Try to register the Addin again.

Outlook Version 2206 (Build 15330.20264).  It was installed on my Computer with the installation of Microsoft Office 2019.  It is the actual program not the online Outlook Email.

What version of Outlook are you using? Local or online through a browser?

As the Anti Spam feature is part of the 360 security app, I'll ask this thread be moved to the 360 forum board where more users are likely to see it.

I am using Microsoft Outlook.  All my years of installing Norton Security on my Computer, Norton always installed a Norton Spam icon on my Outlook Home Page.  Since it is no longer there, I cannot tell you exactly what the wording was when you clicked on the Norton icon to let them know this email is spam.

An email that came into my Outlook Email that was spam, I would highlight the email, then click the Norton icon that I believe said “this is spam”.   After clicking a window would come up asking something about if I would like to send it somewhere, I cannot remember.  I would click the yes and the email would close up and go to junk. Now what happened to it after that I have no idea.

All I’m asking is what happened to the Norton Anti-Spam icon that was at the top of my Outlook Email home page.   I did not create the Norton Anti-Spam control for Outlook, so how would I know where it goes after I click the spam icon and the email goes to junk?

Just an fyi. The spam emails do not get sent to Norton.

What email client are you using?
