I recently moved from one OS to another with a new hard drive.
This is me just getting around to re-installing my Norton.
Now when I look online I see my old PC is still connected as well as an old phone, both of which do not work and cannot be accessed, Norton 360 is giving me no option to delete these dead devices, I cannot ever access the phone as its completely dead, and the old OS and old hard drive is also dead.
Even worse is under my Alerts there is a Dark Web notification showing one of my passwords was discovered. When I click on reveal the partial password to see if it's relevant, I get a click for a one time code to verify my email, but no email ever gets bloody sent!
The listed email is correct, it's my primary email, but no verification code is getting to my account.
How the hell can I trust my devices and accounts if Norton will not verify my email nor allow me to delete devices that I do not own?
