Hi, I have been with Norton for a number of year now and suddenly all my email text has now moved from English to Dutch! I have emailed Norton a few times with no response. Translating these through google is now becoming a little tedious. Can anyone advise. Thanks

I am unable to find an 'account' setting on my settings page. Antivirus/Firewall/Anti-Spam/Identity Safety/Task Scheduling/Administrative Settings/Back up settings. There is also no 'account' section sub directories. I am therefore a little lost as to the location of the Account Settings - Personal Information. Grateful though for your continues advise. Thanks.

Are you referring to your Email Preferences in your Norton Account? Account Settings - Personal Information - Email Preferences.
If that does show English, try changing it to another language. Log out of your Norton Account. Restart your computer, then go back and reset it to English.
Language preferences are set to English. Do not receive any confirmation when changing.
Um, do you receive email confirmation when you set language preference e.g., English to Dutch \ Dutch to English.

Frankly, I have no idea as to why it has happened, and since only Norton is involved you could contact Customer Support who should be able to help you. You can use this link www.norton.com/chat

On emails received, from Norton only. I have checked my account setting which are, confirmed, set to English. Also I renewed my Norton, yesterday and this problem has carried over. It's not an urgent matter but continuing having to google translate is getting tedious.Thanks for your time, by the way.
Weird... Can you please tell us more, i.e. are you talking about both received and sent emails, and also are you referring to emails to/from Norton only or to all your sent/received emails? Thanks.
