I need some assistance please. I have windows 10 and have just loaded Norton 360 premier and cannot receieve or send from my web account. This was originally delivered via outlook. my other outlook account is fine. It would seem that there is some small glitch.. on/off button. However I have had 4 hours of chat with Norton help agents to no avail. Any help anyone can give me would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
