If you were not expecting this e-mail, i.e. if no-one said that they were going to send you an e-mail from this Forum or you have not contacted Tech./Cust. Support recently, then I would not Open it. If it matches what it says in that Web Page, please either Delete it, or put it in your Spam Folder.

That is a Fake e-mail address as, if it was from this Forum, it would have something like: norton_community@symantec.com*. Or, if it came from Tech Support, it would be something like: tech_support@symantec.com*. It would not just be symantec@symantec.com.
