Issue abstract: I received email with a pdf attachment indicating a previous hack of webcam on my macbook air.

Detailed description: Asking for bitcoin ransom and claiming to have compromising videos from my webcam with ability to send to all my contacts. Is there anyway Norton 360 can help me determine if this hack actually occurred?
