End program ccSvcHst prevents shut down

Hi,

I recently installed Norton Security with Back up (version 22.5.4.24) on several computers that I use, some use Windows 7 and a couple use Windows XP, they all work well except for one that uses Windows XP, it is an old Dell Pentium 4 computer, every time I shut down I get the message "End Program ccSvcHst" and the computer stalls until I press end now or cancel.

I appreciate anyone's help on how to solve this problem.
