I am having problems with my Norton Mobile Security after the recent update I had to restart my htc Thunderbolt wh ile the phone was booting up I got a message that stated your SIM card has changed please enter your PIN code. I entered the PIN code that Norton Mobile Security gave me after entering the pin code it asked if I would like to change the PIN code to which I stated yes it then ask me to enter the PIN code which I did. at that time it stated that it was incorrect and I had 10 chances before it locked the SIM it also stated that it had to be an 8 digit number so the only 8 digit number I would and 2 would be my birthdate and that didn't work now when I boot up the phone I getting message that states "PIN1 code is locked please enter PUK code" I then entered my birthdate which took me to another screen asking for my new PIN code which had to be 4 to 8 characters long I entered my new passwords it then took me to the screen that stated t hat the password was incorrect I now have 8 chance left before my sim card is locked I stopped there and now I'm asking for everyone's help it is very important for me to access to that SIM card since it has a video that I recently recorded to prove my innocence in court when I go to trial I absolutely cannot lose that evidence for it will save me from going into prison and hopefully charge the police officers with violating my civil rights please please anyone help me
