ERR_SSL_CLIENT_AUTH_SIGNATURE_FAILED

Until June I didn’t have this problem. I just had to disable ‘Secure Web’ in Norton and it worked. I have tried to disable everything in the antivirus and it still doesn’t work. What can I do? Thank you.

Hasta junio no tenía este problema. Solo tenía que desactivar “Web Segura” en Norton y ya funcionaba. He probado a desactivar todo en el antivirus y sigue sin funcionar. ¿QUé puedo hacer?. Gracias.

@Kaplan Clear your caches within Chrome and Edge. Also contact your remote admin with the certificate issue as they are the entity creating the self-signed cert.

Your issue is with the website you are trying to connect to, not Norton. Their certificate is either expired and/or invalid and your browser is rejecting it. Contact the IT people for the company you are remotely working for, the certificate issue has to be corrected on their end.
