Error 2061

Issue abstract:Getting highly frustrated ! please help. Not able to login into the Nortan App after installing and it throw Error Code : 2061 again and again

Detailed description: I did everything - install , remove , reinstall by using all R&R tool and other tools / suggestions provided by the Norton. Below is the screenshot also (to my surprise it is not letting any image file into this post)

Product & version number: Norton 360 Delux

OS details: Windows 11 on Azure VM Cloud
