Although when you turn on the computer on Norton looks like it is working, but when you try to click on it nothing happens. By right clicking the Norton icon the menu appers clicking on scan now this tells you Norton has stoped working (error 3019,1) and trys to auto fix this never works it then tells you to restart the computer this usually works or if not remove Norton and redownload.
