I am not able to open Norton Security when I right click on the icon in the task bar.
I am running Window 8.1 on a Lenovo G505 Laptop.1
If I right click on the Norton Security icon on my desktop and click 'Scan now' I get error 3019,1.
The window allows me to access the support web site but the instructions there do not help.
This has happened twice now and the only way around this is to reinstall Norton Security.
Has anyone any ideas?
