Error 3048,3

Have had NIS 2012 installed for a few months. Got error 3048,3 for the first time today. Norton Autofix came up and said it was successful (I assume at fixing the problem). But it also directs you to a web support page for the error which shows instructions on downloading  and using Power Eraser to also fix the problem. When i click on the print icon to print the instructions from this page, it locks everything up.

 

Is this really Norton doing this or is it something bogus. Do I need to do anything more since Autofix said it was successful?
