Error 32030 when attempting to log in and access LifeLock

Hi team,

I've been holding with Norton technical support and the subscription department for about two hours now, but nobody can resolve my issue.  I am receiving error 32030 when attempting to log in and access my LifeLock features.  I have purchased a one year subscription to the program and it is showing active when I look at the subscriptions.  However, when I try to access any features, I receive the below.  Can you please assist?

Your subscription to LifeLock has been cancelled and your account no longer has access to ITPS features. To re-enroll, click here to visit our product page.

Error: 32030

If not already doing so try logging in here, make sure your VPN is not active. When you click log in you should be presented with a Norton and separate Lifelock login.

Hello SAW. Are you seeing this error when trying to access your LifeLock Account? They are two separate login's for Lifelock and Norton accounts. Just trying to clarify.
