Please see above edits. I am trying to determine if I can continue with Norton but I find this community format too unfriendly. All I get is a returned mail with more questions. I never see a solution.
@anaglezc Have you tried accessing the website with another browser to test if that browser works? Are you using the VPN when this happens? Were you, uploading a file? Below is a link for some of the causes: Note: clearing your browser cache usually solves the issue.

Yes, I am usually using the VPN. Once I was trying to access Lifelock with Norton to add Lifelock at renewal. I had numerous problems when I changed from, Norton 360 Deluxe to Premium and all I wanted was to renew with Deluxe and add Lifelock. At this point I am so frustrated because Norton has no support other than this community.
I appreciate your advice since previously all I got was sending the ball back asking for versions etc and never a suggestion as yours. I did clean history about a week ago from explorer and it had about 800 visited sites. I am going to clear the other browsers to see if this situacion ends.
I don’t want to extend the subscription, if I go with Norton I want to uninstall and reinstall new.
Thank you again.
Just an FYI. If you have been keeping your current install up to date, uninstalling and reinstalling will still give you the same product.

Please let us know is you can access the website(s) in question without the VPN being used.

No, it still shows the Bad Request message either that it is too long or that they do not understand the request. Even when I try to log into the Lifelock with Norton website. At this point I am not sure what I will do in a few days when this subscription expires.
Thanks for your response.
Thank you. I may just try another brand for a year or so. I am afraid because I have had Norton for over 12 years.

Hi @anaglezc ,
Were you finally able to resolve your issue ? Perhaps by trying a different browser ?
I understand that the error occurs when you try to access Lifelock with Norton.
To better help you, can you confirm the exact URL that triggers a 400 error?
Is it https://lifelock.norton.com?
Is it when you try to log in to your Norton account ?
Sorry to ask again, I’m not sure of your answer. As @SoulAsylum mentioned earlier, can you also confirm that the issue occurs both when you’re connected to the VPN and when you’re not ?
Sorry to see that you recently encountered several difficulties with your products when changing from Norton 360 Deluxe to Premium when you had not encountered any in 12 years. Norton products have evolved a lot in recent times, always remaining at the forefront of innovation and security. This sometimes causes some momentary break-in bugs, but I am convinced that they remain excellent security products !
Please also note that you can also contact Norton support by means other than the forum by chat and telephone, in particular: https://support.norton.com.
However, I’m not really sure from the description of your problem that the problem comes from your computer.
So I will escalate the subject to the technical teams, in order to do the necessary checks if it is not a broader concern than just your account.
I’ll get back to you as soon as I have more information.
Cheers
Guillaume
