Error- (-500) Cannot sign in to identity safe

My Norton 360 cannot access my vault on any computer.  I am asked to sign in to my Norton Account.  When I get to the login, I am sent an error message that the server cannot meet my request (-500) .  Is this a Windows 10 issue having to do with updates?  I have chatted with Customer Service and this occurs in all browsers.  I have run Live Update numerous times.  I have the most recent version of Norton 360 for Windows 7. This has been a problem since late last night and it has extended all day. Will this eventually be resolved by Symantec?  It is a huge inconvenience.
