Error 8504,101 with Norton Internet Security

Hi, I got a problem with Norton Internet Security in my computer after I updated it today.
The system is WIN7 Home Premium service pack 1. The desk-top is HP pavilion P6 series(I am not sure is it a desk-top name). I bought in 2009.
I also had a Chinese program called "360 Safeguard" before and it was uninstalled in second step but I skipped when I updated.

Firstly, Norton Internet Security did not run when WIN7 started and when I ran full system scan it showed Error 8504,101 with "Norton AutoFix" program.

It shows:
Norton Internet Security
20.3.0.36
Error: 8504, 101
Windows 7 Home Premium
7601.18113.amd64fre.win7sp1_gdr.130318-1533
Norton Autofix Results: 0 item(s)

Secondly, I have tried to follow this with Norton Power Eraser and Norton Removal Tool.
Norton Power Eraser found something and fixed.
After, it showed "no risks found" , I ran Norton Removal Tool twice with restarted twice.
But, It did not work.
Than, I ran second step in safe model. It could only run full system scan in safe model, but it did not run without safe model.

Thirdly, I have found this with the Norton Remove & Reinstall tool.
But, It did not work.

Forth, I have done these:(But, It did not work.)

Thanks for help. I am not with my desk-top now. I will have a check after  few days.

The second image you show for the chkdsk /r command tells you that the scan will run e next time you restart your computer. This is because chkdsk is checking the disk that has your Windows installation and it cannot check files that are in use.

 

What happens when you restart your computer?

I decided to reinstall win7 and it worked.

do you know how to lock or make it as solved?
